The staff were amazing, very cute and provided great service. The onsen was nice and the food was good. The taxi service was also a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the selection of toilets. The massage chair was a great addition. The staff was attentive and helpful, especially with food allergies. The chef even changed the meal for our friend with allergies.

I had a great time during my stay at Arima Hot Spring Ryokan Hanamusubi. The staff was friendly and always willing to help me with any problems I had. The private outdoor bath was the highlight of my trip, allowing me to relax and unwind. The warm and salty spring water was invigorating, and the provided bathroom products were a nice touch.

While the onsen was enjoyable, it was on the smaller side and had a slight detergent smell at times. Additionally, the room wifi was not working properly, and the massage chair could only be used in limited courses.

Had an amazing stay at a ryokan in Arima Onsen. From the warm welcome to the fabulous food and spacious room, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive and even switched our dinner to lunch to accommodate our schedule. The massage was great and the onsen was relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The hot bath facilities were top-notch and provided a truly relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated receiving an email before my trip to inquire about my dietary restrictions. The jacuzzi tub in my room was an added bonus that I absolutely loved. I would highly recommend Arima Hot Spring Ryokan Hanamusubi for a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ryokan Hanamusubi in Arima Hot Spring! The drive to the hotel through the mountains was incredibly scenic. The dinner and breakfast menus were brilliant, with delicious and fulfilling dishes. The compact room exceeded my expectations, with a spacious bathroom and entryway. The staff were professional yet friendly, providing exceptional service. The onsen, especially the three outdoor baths, were heavenly. I loved my time here and will definitely return.

The onsen experience was incredible, with a variety of baths to choose from, including one with gold and silver. the food at this hotel was absolutely delicious, both the dinner and breakfast were superb. I also loved the convenience of the shuttle service, especially when I had heavy luggage. the driver was very polite and helpful, making the transfers to and from the hotel a breeze.

Although the location was a bit far, the hotel offers a car service to pick up guests with big luggage, so it's not a major issue. the only other downside was the lack of English-speaking staff, which made communication a bit challenging.

The in-room dinner was a true delight, featuring delicious sashimi and a great selection of beef. The public hot spring, including the open-air option, was also a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were phenomenal, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. They helped me figure out transportation for the next day, ensuring a smooth transition to my next destination.
