Convenient location near Ueno Station, Ueno Park, and metro stations. Room spacious enough for 3 people with great view of Sky Tree. Excellent housekeeping and up-to-date amenities. Good value for families. Friendly breakfast staff. a satisfying stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms were nice and clean, allowing us to sleep well during our stay. The hotel provided a good breakfast, even when we arrived late, the staff was still kind enough to provide it for us. The location of this hotel was very convenient as it was near Ueno park and the station. We also appreciated the modern amenities in the room, such as the high-resolution TV, balmuda oven, and good-sized fridge. this hotel was a great choice for us.

Stayed over Christmas. Very comfortable beds, plenty of plugs for charging and modern amenities like a great TV and well-sized fridge. Fantastic location near museums and Ueno park. The kitchen was well equipped which was a great bonus.

The elevator and room access requiring two codes was a bit of a hassle. Checkout time was a bit too early.

Some guests mentioned the inconvenience of having to walk around 15 minutes to reach a train station without any shelter, particularly difficult for families with luggage during rainy weather.
