Traveling with my family for a week, we found our stay cozy and convenient. the housekeeping team excelled in keeping our room spotless. Up, to, date amenities like a high, resolution TV, Balmuda oven, and Tiger kettle enhanced our stay. the location was perfect, with Ueno Park and other attractions easily accessible on foot. The thoughtful room layout and amenities like the washer/dryer were definite highlights. Cons: Do recommend this hotel.

The apartment had excellent facilities like a washing machine and kitchenette, ideal for families. the room was cozy for three people, with comfy beds. the location was central, only a 10-minute walk to a major station with easy access to subways and JR lines, perfect for exploring Tokyo. Plus, it's close to dining spots and a bustling shopping district. It was convenient to store luggage when we took a side trip.

The walk back from the station could be tiring after a long day, even though it was a flat route. It's a bit inconvenient without shelter on rainy days, especially with heavy luggage.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms were nice and clean, allowing us to sleep well during our stay. The hotel provided a good breakfast, even when we arrived late, the staff was still kind enough to provide it for us. The location of this hotel was very convenient as it was near Ueno park and the station. We also appreciated the modern amenities in the room, such as the high-resolution TV, balmuda oven, and good-sized fridge. this hotel was a great choice for us.

Stayed over Christmas. Very comfortable beds, plenty of plugs for charging and modern amenities like a great TV and well-sized fridge. Fantastic location near museums and Ueno park. the kitchen was well equipped which was a great bonus.

The elevator and room access requiring two codes was a bit of a hassle. Checkout time was a bit too early.
