The location of this hotel is absolutely mind-blowing, allowing super easy access to all the main tourist attractions in the city. Not to mention, it's centrally located near all the jaw-dropping bars and restaurants in the old town. The staff here are ridiculously helpful and will answer all of your questions. The rooms, though not huge, are incredibly well equipped and the beds are so comfy it's like sleeping on a cloud. The bathrooms are modern and the street views from the tall French doors are something out of a dream. And let's not forget the awesome breakfast, it may be basic but it's high-quality and super fresh.

They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including arranging an early morning taxi for us to the ferry at Ouistreham. The hotel itself was lovely, with comfortable rooms and easy access with a lift. It was very clean and the wifi was excellent. The location was perfect, with a great brasserie next door and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. But the standout was the kindness of the staff, which made our stay truly exceptional.
