The hotel did not provide disposable slippers in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite the lack of snow, we still had a great experience at the hotel and enjoyed the buffet dining.

The room was large with a terrific view. The onsen in our own tower building was clean and well established. The location in the mountains was accessible to the town. The ski hill provided sufficient challenge for intermediate and expert skiers. The complimentary lift tickets and shuttle service were convenient. The gift shop in the building was a nice touch.

The public baths at the hotel were not as good as those in traditional ryokans nearby. They were decent but did not provide the same level of relaxation.
