The room at Miru was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in a modern Japanese style. We stayed on the 2nd floor and enjoyed a stunning view of the mountains. the staff kindly assisted with our luggage, enhancing our overall experience at the hotel. the amenities were top-notch, and the daily alternating Japanese and Western breakfast was delicious and abundant. the hot springs, including both indoor and outdoor baths, were a relaxing treat.

The location was ideal, with breathtaking views that made our stay worth it. the breakfast menu was quite impressive, and complementary drinks and snacks were available for us. the shuttle service provided saved us a lot of trouble getting around during our business trip in the area.

The language barrier was a bit of a struggle, and we had some misunderstandings with the staff due to this. the rooms were quite far from the check-in area, and the lack of elevators compounded this problem.

Rooms are large with beautiful decor. The view of the forest from the room is spectacular. Heating is perfect and the in-house pool is a great post-skiing relaxation option. Staff are friendly, efficient, and attentive. Location is convenient to the ski station.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean, providing us with all the comfort we needed. We especially loved the onsen, which was well-kept and a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Another highlight was the hotel's location, situated away from the bustling town area but still conveniently close to the central area of Hirafu. This meant we could enjoy a peaceful environment while still being able to easily access all the attractions and amenities. The hotel's shuttle service and car hire options were also very convenient, making our travels hassle-free. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The only downside we can think of is that there were no pets allowed on the premises. However, this didn't affect our stay at all and we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The breakfast food was cooked fresh with local produce, making it a refreshing change from mass-produced hotel breakfasts. The cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel made it a great place to relax.
