The breakfast selection was fantastic with a good mix of local and international foods. Miso soup was a highlight. the hotel staff were extremely helpful when planning our day trip to Iya Valley as they went above and beyond expectations, offering detailed and useful information. the hotel's central location made getting around the city easy, with public transportation options close by.

The room was slightly small for a romantic escape, but it was still comfortable. the lack of free parking was a bit of a downside, but the discount offered by the hotel for a nearby lot was a helpful alternative.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to major attractions such as Matsuyama Castle and the bustling shopping street. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with any request. The buffet breakfast offers a delicious variety of local and international cuisine, including a delightful miso soup.

Some areas of the hotel show signs of wear and could use an update for a more modern feel.

The hotel is centrally located with late check-in, helpful staff, and discounted parking. The room size was decent, and the location was great with tram stations and Matsuyama Castle within walking distance. There were many local restaurants nearby, and the staff assisted with ferry ticket reservations and provided a printed map. The hotel also had vending and washing machines on the 3rd floor.

The breakfast at Nest Hotel was fantastic! The variety of options and flavors were delightful. Although there was a small issue with the tempura not tasting fresh, the staff quickly brought out a new plate to ensure our satisfaction. The size of the room and bed were a bit small, but it was still enough for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, being only a 5-minute walk to the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had. The room was clean and even had extra pillows available. Despite a minor issue with the wifi being a bit spotty, our overall experience at Nest Hotel was enjoyable. The rates were reasonable, especially for a holiday weekend, and the hotel was accommodating with our schedule changes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Matsuyama.
