The friendliest and most helpful staff made my stay at True Siam Phayathai Hotel truly enjoyable. They were always happy to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. The rooms were clean, modern, and had great amenities like cable TV and excellent air conditioning. The showers and bathroom were also outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, including the Skytrain and Airport Link. There were also shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet had a decent mix of American and Asian options. I had a fantastic experience at True Siam Phayathai Hotel.

Stayed for a few nights and the hotel had a nice Thai ambiance. The staff were accommodating, helping us with our needs and were able to let us have breakfast before they officially opened, as we had an early flight. The hotel's location was convenient, being near shops and transportation options.

Our room had a balcony, but it overlooked another building, so there wasn't much of a view. , communication with some of the staff was a challenge as only a few understood English.

We stayed at a nice hotel in the city, located on a small street near the main road. The reception was inviting and the staff were friendly. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a great balcony. The hotel was conveniently located just a five-minute walk to the BTS stations, making it easy to get around the city. The service was professional, helpful, and friendly, and the hotel provided excellent value for money.

The breakfast options were limited and not suitable for vegetarians or those with dietary restrictions.

This hotel is located in a narrow street in the Phayathai area, tucked away in a little alley. It's a great location, with several street side stalls selling food nearby. Additionally, it's conveniently situated near the last stop for the Airport Rail Link, making it a breeze to get to the airport within 30 minutes. The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony attached facing the small soi, and the beds are very cozy. The hotel provides a delicious American breakfast with fresh fruits, which is a great way to start the day. The internet connection is reliable and the staff is extremely helpful, speaking good English and always ready to assist with any questions or suggestions.

Everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel next to King Power duty free shopping and close to the train station. The staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious, nicely renovated, and very clean. The facilities were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the balcony in our room. It was also convenient to have the Phayathai Airport Link station and BTS within a short walk. The hotel is definitely an awesome place to stay and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food.
