I was delighted when I arrived at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower and found out that I was upgraded to the Garden Tower. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The special bath soaks with Cherry Blossom scent were a lovely touch. The location was excellent, with a metro stop nearby making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast included was delicious, and despite the crowded restaurant, the service was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a wonderful experience.

I couldn't believe the value for my money at the New Otani Garden Tower. The room was amazing with breathtaking views of Fuji and Shinjuku. The location was perfect and the staff treated me like royalty.

The service from the staff was amazing, from the moment we arrived until we left. the room was clean and spacious, with good quality toiletries. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of both Western and Japanese food. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to major districts and attractions. the airport limo bus was convenient and comfortable.

The rooms in the hotel need to be updated as they appear outdated. the stores in the basement level also need to be refreshed as they have old-fashioned styles.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, near a subway station and close to various restaurants. The gardens are a highlight of the hotel and provide a peaceful escape from the surrounding city. The rooms are functional, clean, and reasonably priced, though not as modern as some hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast options are varied and delicious.

The hotel may not be as luxurious or updated as some other options, but still provides a great experience for the price.

Spacious room with great amenities; we had a separate sitting area with a desk, sofa and coffee table. Even had a mini-fridge with free instant coffee, green tea, plum tea and black tea. Family-friendly with helpful staff who made our preschooler feel welcome with a toy gift. Convenient on-site convenience stores and easy access to Japanese restaurants. recommended for families.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station and central to everything. the buffet breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the beautiful garden was a highlight. I loved the variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. the generous sized rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the staff was extremely accommodating.

The bar area allowed smoking, which was unpleasant for nonsmokers like me. Additionally, it was disappointing that some of the hotel's restaurants closed early, limiting options for pre-dinner drinks and dining.

Clean, comfortable rooms with a choice of pillows. Good temperature control and quiet AC. Helpful staff and efficient check-in/out. Daily room cleaning and amenities refilled. Functional facilities, though not new.

Great Location and Service. The hotel is conveniently located near subway lines and the Akasaka district, making it easy to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Room Size and Odor. The rooms were relatively small, and the bathrooms were cramped with a strong odor that persisted throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at New Otani with its modern decor and traditional-themed restroom. the attention to detail creating a luxurious atmosphere from start to finish was impressive. Although the layout was confusing, the scenic route to the front desk through shops selling unique items was enjoyable. the hotel's multiple restaurants and bar added to its uniqueness. the gorgeous garden was a standout feature, perfect for strolling around and having breakfast in the garden lounge. the rooms were spacious and had a lovely retro feel, making our stay even more delightful. Great value for money!
