Our time at Hospes Palacio De San Esteban was magical! The peaceful courtyard dining offered a break from sightseeing, and each morning's breakfast in the stunning refectory added a sprinkle of history to our stay.

But not everything was perfect. The mattress in our room felt a bit hard, making nights a bit restless. Also, I wish the kitchen had opened sooner for tired travelers—waiting until 8 pm felt too late after long days exploring.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but the reception team was just dreadful. never have i encountered such rudeness! and why was the outdoor pool not filled during peak season? plus, i was expecting a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gift for all these troubles. quite disappointing.

We had a fantastic time exploring Salamanca's charming streets with our two teenagers. The hotel is conveniently located near all the historic sites, making it easy for us to venture out.

My kids wished for more activities designed for families.

I stayed in room 403, it overlooked this peaceful courtyard, just perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast area used to be the old refectory, it was really stunning, felt like stepping back in time but with modern comfort.
