The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is near the city center, making it convenient to explore all the tourist attractions. It is also situated near the train station, which is very handy for travelers like me. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist with directions and bus routes. The rooms are lovely, with great amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a television. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area are also top-notch, offering delicious food and a great ambience. The massage facilities are a wonderful bonus, providing a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing. I had a fantastic stay here.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sapporo and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the train station and close to the city center. It was also convenient to have the Sapporo Factory nearby for shopping and dining options. The room was small but comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the option to pay at check out, saving me the hassle of dealing with payment upon arrival. it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The furniture in the room was a bit worn out, which could use some upgrading.

Good location near the train station and restaurants. The price was reasonable for the size of the room. appreciated the complimentary umbrellas provided.

The toilet's water ran automatically for a few seconds every time before flushing; it was a bit startling.
