We got incredible value for our money with an upgraded room and a bottle of champagne for my husband's birthday celebration at this resort. The comfortable beds and convenient ski in/ski out access were phenomenal. The location near the gondola was perfect for exploring Telluride, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Definitely coming back!

Food for breakfast could have been better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the ski-in ski-out access and stunning views. The spa amenities were exceptional. We appreciated the personalized attention of the ski valet Franco. we recommend this resort for your next mountain getaway.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable. The location, rooms, cleanliness were excellent. The beds were wonderful and the ski access was convenient. Free gondola transportation is a plus.

Located in the heart of the mountains and close to the gondola, this hotel offers easy access to downtown Telluride. The Peak restaurant offers picturesque views of the mountains. Guests appreciate the updated and clean rooms, the comfortable bed, and the pet-free rooms for those with allergies.

The staff seemed unenthusiastic and lacked proper training, which impacted service at this moderate-priced hotel.

I gotta say, I got a bang for my buck at this place! The room was super comfy and clean, and the views from the terrace were stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better.

The morning meal could definitely use some improvement, maybe more options or a better variety.

Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Hotel facilities: The resort had excellent amenities, including a spa and a coffee bar for early morning service. Transportation: The hotel had easy access to the free gondola, which transported people to the town or the next mountain stopover. Location: The hotel was right in the center of Mountain Village, with great views and easy access to Allred's restaurant at the top of the ski hill.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with its great value for money, attention to detail, and excellent location to the gondolas that transport people to the town or next mountain stop over. The rooms with views of Mount Wilson were beautiful, and we loved the sofa bed and the "living room" in front of the fire place. The balcony view was truly unbeatable, and the breakfast was delicious.

The spa was fantastic, with a great indoor-outdoor pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi. the stretch class before skiing was a nice touch. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Shell Simonson. the room had all the necessary amenities for a ski trip, including hangers for ski gear and a comfortable bed. the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was a major disappointment. It got very hot during the day, and opening the window didn't provide enough ventilation.

The location of the hotel, near the gondolas that take you to downtown Telluride, was a major plus as well. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service and the basic amenities were all in place. I particularly enjoyed the rooms with nice-sized balconies, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.
