We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and newly renovated room we were given at Nico Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us navigate the city, even assisting us with using the local luggage forwarding service. The hotel's location was convenient, with Dotonbori just a 12-minute walk away and several convenience stores nearby. Despite a few minor issues with language communication and reminders, our stay at Nico Hotel was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Being able to walk to the main area of shops and restaurants in just 10 minutes was a major advantage.

Additionally, the location was convenient, with nearby convenience stores and train stations within a 5-10 minute walk.

One downside of the hotel was the uncomfortable beds, especially for longer stays. the lower back pain became quite unbearable after a few weeks.
