I stayed for a quick overnight before heading to Masai Mara early in the morning, and I appreciated the clean room and pleasant staff. While I was surprised by the absence of a mini bar, I found the firm yet comfortable bed contributed to a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-kept, though it could benefit from some privacy improvements. Overall, it met my needs for a short stay.

The staff here are genuinely dedicated! Everyone, from the manager to the cleaning crew, was friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s ambiance and the delicious meals made it a real treat.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several disappointments. I faced issues with the wifi, which was frustratingly poor. Furthermore, the laundry service was exorbitantly priced, and I felt cornered by the high food costs, especially when a small meal was almost $100 AUD. It was disheartening to stay multiple times for various trips and yet encounter the same frustrating problems each time.
