Excellent service and a great location! We stayed for 2 nights and were impressed with the 5-star rating. Getting to the hotel was easy - we took a taxi from the airport and it only took 10 minutes. The hotel is located at the West side of Hakata Station, just a short walk away. The staff are fluent in English and the hotel is surrounded by shopping, food, and transportation options. The provided toiletries were high quality and we highly recommend adding on the breakfast option, it's worth it! We had a happy stay.

Stayed over Easter weekend. Nice view from the room. Good breakfast options. Location was in walking distance to train station, shops and attractions.

Disappointing service from staff. We had some issues with our room and the staff was not attentive or helpful in fixing the problem.

The in-room dining menu had limited options but the hotel's restaurant made up for it with delicious cuisine. this hotel is a perfect choice for those seeking luxury and convenience.
