We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk away from the lively Alameda Colón street, filled with charming little restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. The suite we stayed in was lovely, spacious, and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. The staff, especially Dairusz at reception, were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided excellent amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the flat-screen TV and sitting area added an extra touch of luxury. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The only issue we encountered was that the hotel seemed to be quite busy during our stay, with lots of people rushing about. However, the staff remained friendly and charming, although they were at times somewhat disorganized.

The value for money at Soho Boutique was excellent. The room was top-notch, with a comfortable bed, strong water pressure in the shower, and amazing lighting. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast menu could benefit from having a kettle for making tea, rather than relying on the espresso machine.

The coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast room, located in a beautiful wine cellar, offers a unique dining experience. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to eat.

I had a great experience during my stay here! The location was just perfect for what I needed - not too much noise at night so I could get a good sleep. Also, the service housekeeping was on point, which was very important to me. In addition, the air conditioning in the room allowed me to always have a comfortable temperature, while the mini-bar and sitting area were a great addition. I also loved the free toiletries and using the flat-screen TV to relax during my downtime.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I loved the comfy bed and the fact that I couldn't hear any street noise while sleeping. the blackout shutters/curtains ensured a perfect night's sleep. the restaurant linked to the hotel had amazing food and excellent service at reasonable prices.

There was an issue with the electrics one night, but the staff quickly addressed it the next morning. the only other downside was some minor housekeeping issues, such as hairs on the pillowcases and bathroom floor, as well as dust in certain areas.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the old town. I loved that there were lots of restaurants within a 5/10 minute walking distance. Despite there being road works nearby, there was no noise over the weekend. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay here enjoyable.

There was a complimentary Nespresso machine and capsules, as well as a small fridge to keep drinks cool.

The shower was slippery and there were no hooks for towels or a shoehorn. There was no tea available, only coffee, and no water boiler or mugs.

As backpackers, we loved the excellent location, right in the heart of the bustling old town. The newly renovated hotel offered a stylish and cool design. The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all our inquiries, making us feel welcome. There were many nice little coffee shops nearby for a delicious breakfast. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite on the top floor, which was like a great little apartment. The toiletries provided and the coffee machine added a nice touch. The massive bed was very comfortable, although it was slightly stuffed with enormous pillows. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of cold cuts, cheese, warm scrambled eggs, bacon, breads, cereals. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
