Clean and cozy accommodations. the staff are super helpful and fluent in multiple languages! Location is great, just a short walk to the train station and lots of food options nearby!

Just a well-suited match for a speedy visit in Tokyo with best value for money ratio. The shared lounge was a great spot for a quick meal with power outlets handy for charging my devices. Bring a sleep mask for the bright corridor lights and thin curtains, it'll help with getting some good rest.

The capsules were impressively designed with cozy interiors, providing a unique and comfortable sleeping experience.

The shared shower facilities were underwhelming, with several out of order and a noticeable lack of cleanliness that detracted from the overall experience.

I was really impressed with how the staff were always there, 24/7, ready to help with anything! ! Found a cute cafe next door that had great coffee, perfect to start a long day. The communal space? Just like the pictures, super cozy and clean, with daily changes to my PJs, which felt like a luxury.

Not exactly wallet-friendly but acceptable for the amenities and comfort I got.

Consider using a sleep mask due to bright corridor lights and thin curtains in the capsules for better rest.

stayed for 4 nights, and what a treat it was to find the sink always COVERED in water. have they heard of rags? and when 4 of the 8 showers are out of commission, it’s a joke, really. i almost considered giving a good review, but woudl ve been nice if they offered a complimentary upgrade too.

The daily evacuation from 10 AM to 2 PM is beyond frustrating. I returned early from my activities only to find that the cleaning isn't even thorough enough for the inconvenience it causes.

The capsules were super cozy, and I loved the privacy! The shower area was well-designed, and the nearby vegan-friendly ramen spot totally hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the lockers fit my suitcase perfectly. Even though I had some noise from the trains, it didn't ruin my stay at all!

I enjoyed the comfy pillows and spacious pods, but the showers need urgent fixes. Still, I'd happily stay again for the fun capsule experience!
