clean facilities all around , super friendly staff made my stay way better! loved the delicious breakfast options with fresh fruit 🍍. perfect location close to restaurants and the airport, made everything easy for my travels.

Everything is what i need and want.

However, the breakfast setup could use a revamp due to poor traffic flow, and several guests found the food subpar, with stale items and watery options. Maintenance issues were common, with complaints about air conditioning units and some rooms not cleaned regularly. The layout of the bathrooms, featuring separate toilets and shower rooms, felt awkward and not very practical, and some guests faced noise disturbances from the pool area.

Chur, the staff were super friendly and helpful! But the heater was a bit dodgy, kept us too hot. Breakfast was decent, but could do with a few more options.

Checkout was smooth and easy, staff was nice.

Consider asking for an early check-in if your flight arrives early. the staff are accommodating and it can make your transition smoother.

The room was so lekker and comfy, proper suite vibes with a separate living space. Chommie at reception, Julia, was super friendly and even got me sorted with an early check-in after my long flight. Brekkie was a nice touch too, plenty of options!

Only downside was the pool area was a bit loud with kids running around all night, so couldn’t enjoy a chill swim.

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious and designed well for our family of five. We appreciated the split bathroom setup and enjoyed the hot breakfast. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, although the pool area could use a bit more cleanliness. Overall, a pleasant experience.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and a lovely indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with sim cards, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!
