A Pleasant Surprise

Upon arriving at Hotel Durban, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff, which immediately set the tone for my stay. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore the city and take in all the sights. The room, although small, was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. Despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of toiletries and needed maintenance, the value for money was undeniable. The hospitality of the staff made up for any shortcomings, as they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Durban and would recommend it to others seeking a budget-friendly option.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was attentive, polite, and accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early and even provided extra comforters for the not-so-comfortable bed. Housekeeping was thorough and followed instructions well. The hotel is located in a quiet area, despite being in the midst of a vibrant street filled with restaurants to choose from.

For the price paid, Hotel Durban exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, with daily housekeeping service. Rooms were basic but comfortable, with a good-sized flat screen TV and a reliable air-conditioner. The location was great, within easy walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping options. The staff was always terrific and treated us like family. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast and fantastic handmade Italian food. Antonio, the owner, personally greeted us and thanked us for our stay.

Stayed at Hotel Durban recently and loved the clean rooms, comfy beds, and excellent aircon. The central location was a plus, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was top-notch and the staff provided exceptional service.

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel since the beginning when Durban started, and I am still impressed by the recent renovations they have done. the staff, both old and new, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. the rooms and toilets are spacious and cozy, and the surroundings are kept clean. the personal touch of receiving a message from the staff after checking out to inform me about the items I forgot meant a lot to me. it is a nice hotel with a great value for money.

Durban has been my go-to hotel ever since they first opened, and I couldn't be happier with their growth and renovations. the staff, both old and new, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are spotlessly clean. the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the staff provides great in-room service, and if you opt for the American breakfast, it is freshly prepared to your liking. Durban is a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend to my friends and fellow travelers.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at Hotel Durban. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Makati's vibrant Poblacion area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Reggie who gave us some helpful tips for navigating the city. Sitting outside and chatting with the team during meals was a lovely experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-functioning bathroom. While there were a few minor maintenance issues, they were quickly addressed by the attentive staff. The hotel also stood out for its delicious Western-style food and the refreshing fact that they offered free coffee refills, something we hadn't experienced in our six years of living in the Philippines. Despite the small drawbacks of slow wifi and a broken light switch, our overall experience was impressive. We highly recommend Hotel Durban for its great value, fantastic location, and warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Durban. the room was perfect with a mini fridge and a very clean bathroom. It was conveniently located near business centers and offices. the amenities like the television, air-conditioning, and comfortable bed were exactly what we expected. We didn't feel bored or uncomfortable during our stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. the daily housekeeping service ensured that the hotel was always clean and tidy. it was a great experience.

I had a great experience staying at Durban. the staff was very nice and helpful, available at any time. the rooms were nice and very clean. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I also enjoyed the in-room service and the delicious breakfast options. the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was good with great water pressure.

As foreign tourists, we really appreciated the helpful and professional reception staff. They were kind, had excellent English skills, and went the extra mile to assist us. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with nearby amenities such as 7 Eleven, a money changer, and a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and offered daily housekeeping service.
