Beautiful location in the Onsen town with a small woods. Staff are helpful and welcoming, assisting with wearing Yukata. Delicious, well-presented food served warmly. Lovely design and interior, especially the lobby lounge with a relaxing view. Spacious, comfortable room with various sizes of yukata available.

Spent New Year at a Japanese-style hotel and it was a unique experience. Enjoyed the traditional Japanese New Year's food that they offered, which included ozoni, mochi, and sashimi. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with it being in a quiet area yet still close to the main attractions. the views from the room were amazing, with beautiful mountains and a river visible from the window.

The room we stayed in was a bit small and the futons provided were not very comfortable. the onsen that we used was overcrowded at times, making it hard to relax and enjoy.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area close to the cable car, making it convenient for families with kids who want to explore the scenic surroundings. Guests have the option to dine either in-room or in the restaurant, allowing for flexibility and convenience. The hotel is situated in a pedestrian area not very far from the city center, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The spacious Japanese-style rooms and impeccable service contribute to a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning and take advantage of the beautiful views from certain rooms.

The hotel is not located very close to the city center, which may require some additional travel time for those looking to explore the heart of the city.

This hotel provided a luxurious and memorable experience, fulfilling all of my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa and wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, and Massage services were exceptional, as well as the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area. the staff's service was attentive and immediate, making my stay enjoyable. the Garden area and the open-air bath were particularly relaxing.

The venue was a bit distant from the train station and the main street, resulting in an isolated environment with no nearby shops. the hotel provided a free shuttle service that helped to mitigate this minor issue.
