We absolutely loved our stay at Portofino in Palma! The hotel had a fantastic ambiance and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary Cava drink. The pool area was impeccable, with comfortable sun beds to relax on. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and with convenient bicycle rental right on-site. The staff were helpful and friendly, adding to our enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Portofino and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, with the beach right next to the hotel. We enjoyed spending our days lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the sun terrace. The staff were excellent, always friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant for dinner. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay near the beach.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just outside the center of town and next to a beautiful beach. It was also very close to the airport, which made transportation easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt like the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel lobby was nice and spacious, leading to a bar and a clean pool. The breakfast selection was superb, with delicious options and authentic Mallorcan dishes. The staff gave great recommendations and were always helpful. There was even a night bar on the 5th floor. The location was perfect, with restaurants, stores, and the beach nearby. The city center was just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends looking for a beachside stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the crowded tourist spots. It is conveniently situated on the flight path, making it easy to reach both the city center of Palma and the airport. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to Palma city center along the seafront, taking in the beautiful views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with adequate amenities such as a mini-bar, fridge, and free safe.

The size of the rooms might be compact, which could be a downside for those who prefer more spacious accommodations.

Great location - just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short walk to bus stops for easy access to other parts of the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. On top of that, the rooftop bar was a highlight, offering delicious cocktails and a lovely atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening.

The room was much smaller than expected, with cramped space and outdated furniture. the lack of a balcony made it difficult to dry beach garments.

Christmas in Mallorca was a great experience! the hotel had fancy complementary chocolates and a live band performance during Christmas day. the location was perfect, close to the beach and many restaurants nearby. the weather also cooperated and we experienced a pleasant sunny day.

Our room had a persistent cigarette smell, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy. the staff failed to help us with this issue.
