I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right in the heart of everything. There were so many malls and restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to find great food and do some shopping. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by how warm and cozy it was inside. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being close to both the Tenjin shopping area and the Ten-jin train station. Additionally, it is within walking distance of famous eateries such as Ichiran Ramen. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft beds and 2 pillows. The staff are helpful and informative, providing festival booklets and guiding guests to local attractions. the hotel offers a great base for exploring the city and is easily accessible from the airport.

The lack of shelter to the train station during rainy weather can be inconvenient.

The bed was super comfortable, and the location was great with easy underground access to the hotel. The staff spoke some English.

During my recent stay at Nishitetsu, I was delighted with the excellent location in the heart of Tenjin. Being able to walk everywhere made exploring the city so convenient. The bed in my room was comfortable and the entire space was clean and well-maintained. I was also pleased with the size of the premier double room, as it provided plenty of space for me and my belongings. The bathroom was spacious and had ample room for all of my toiletries. Additionally, the staff at Nishitetsu were nice, friendly, and proficient in English, making my interactions with them pleasant and smooth. I will definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations.

Our New Year's stay was amazing at this hotel! The location is perfect, safe, and in the middle of shopping and dining areas. We loved the cozy place that complemented the hustle and bustle of the city. The premier double room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries and a nice shower. One of the best aspects of staying at this hotel was the professional and friendly staff who are proficient in English. We also enjoyed the variety of amenities, especially the Yukata robe offered.

The bed size. It would have been much better if it was a king size bed.
