I stayed at Hotel Loreto for two nights and was extremely pleased with my experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable during a period of civil unrest. They provided helpful tips and arranged transportation, allowing me to navigate the city without worry. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax with fresh produce from the nearby market and a complimentary bottle of red wine. Additionally, the king size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in a great location in central Santiago. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. They were extremely helpful during the civil unrest, offering advice on where to go and even arranging transportation for day trips. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed, and the breakfast included eggs and fresh fruit. The hotel also had a rooftop patio, perfect for relaxing with a bottle of wine. The location was safe and within walking distance of many restaurants and nightlife options.

During my New Year's stay, I absolutely loved the bright and clean atmosphere of the hotel. the rooftop terrace was a fantastic feature, offering beautiful views and a great place to relax. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond, even allowing us to take a shower after check-out before heading to the airport. the location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions. Additionally, there was a fantastic walking and bike tour company just up the street, making it easy to explore the area.

Dislikes/Worst Aspects:

I recently had a great 2-day stay at this hotel just outside the Bellavista neighborhood in Santiago. The location was ideal, with everything I wanted close by. The staff, although one person at check-in was a bit rude, were very nice and provided great recommendations. The service was excellent, and the basic amenities in the room, including air conditioning, were a welcoming touch. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was pretty good with a variety of options each day.

The only slight downside was that the rooms were a bit tight, with limited storage space. It would have been even better if they provided at least 2 bottles of water per day or a place to refill them.

I recently stayed at Hotel Loreto for 5 nights while exploring the vibrant city of Santiago. The staff at the hotel, particularly Sebastian, Saul, and Marcos, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with wonderful suggestions for things to do and helping us with any requests we had. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean and comfortable rooms, a nice rooftop terrace, and a delicious breakfast. The location in the Bellavista neighborhood was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and services nearby and convenient access to many sights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Santiago, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the location of the hotel was outstanding - within walking distance of all the sights I wanted to see, as well as being close to plenty of affordable and delicious restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for two people, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was the absolute best ever - so friendly, so helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop area where I could sit and relax while enjoying the view. The location was perfect, close to the Metro station and just a short walk from the bicycle rental. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn't have asked for more.
