I had a very comfortable stay at Nishitetsu Hotel Croom. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with the subway station and shopping center nearby. I particularly liked the communal bath on the 14th floor, which was clean and enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service.

One minor drawback was that there were only six hangers in the room for hanging clothes, which was a bit limited. Additionally, the TV turning on every time the room card was inserted into the power slot was a little inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was so convenient with two nearby subway lines, and we could easily walk to several interesting areas. Our room was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed to make use of the space available. Everything was clean and sparkling, and the hotel's facilities were excellent, especially the public baths - a real highlight. The staff were friendly, and the service was top-notch.
