Close to Tenjin subway exit and had a clean and bright lobby. The room was spacious and had a great view of the river. Even the cleaning staff went the extra mile by folding my forgotten t-shirt. I highly recommend this hotel.

This upscale hotel in central Fukuoka ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. Located near Tenjin subway station, it is close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice clean bathroom and bathtub for a relaxing bath. The hotel provides all necessary toiletries, and there is even a complimentary smartphone with unlimited internet access. The view from the room offers a lovely sight of the river and Nakasu Island. a great choice for a stay in Fukuoka.

Some guests have complained about the check-out time being too early, which can be inconvenient for those who prefer a later departure.

Great location, 2 min walk to station exit. Underground mall connected to station. Room size, twin beds, and bathroom are good size and clean. Beds firm enough. River view room is nice. Windows can be opened. Close to shopping district, bus stop, and lots of dining options. Spacious and comfortable with river view. Staff kind and helpful. Large hotel with friendly professional staff. Good breakfast buffet. Great value for money.

Perfect location for business travelers, close to restaurants and shopping. the river view from the bar on the top floor was amazing. the room was comfortable and clean, with stable Wi-Fi.

The hotel is quite small, which can make some people feel a bit cramped. the parking is a bit expensive, and the staff seemed polite but not very personal.
