The value for money was great, and the room had a romantic atmosphere with a comfortable bed and a stunning view from room 221. The location was convenient, with a pedestrian bridge connecting to a huge mall. The staff were excellent, providing helpful and accommodating service throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The staff at Crystal Towers, especially the valet parking team, were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Grant, one of the valet parking attendants, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process for me.
