I was initially worried about the language barrier in Japan, but the staff at Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed for my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a convenient location close to everything. There is a lovely cafe at the entrance where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. It is also near to nearby restaurants at Golden Gai. Moreover, it is located close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room and bathroom are kept clean with basic amenities such as a toothbrush, hairdryer, and cleansing oil.

We had a great stay at Nishitetsu. The location was convenient, with Shinjuku just a short walk away and Nishi-Shinjuku subway station right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even lending us an umbrella when it rained. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle, fridge, and microwave. We also appreciated the complimentary bath amenities and tea bags provided in the lobby. the hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

As youngsters, we loved the awesome staff who were always willing to help with anything. The hotel was impeccably clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great, with convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The cleaning service and complementary items were a nice touch.

The hotel is comfortable, smart, and tastefully designed. The rooms are spacious with a cozy bed, desk, and seating area. The breakfast options are delicious, and there's a coffee shop in the lobby for a quick bite. The hotel is surrounded by eateries, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Building is a short walk away. The staff were helpful and provided a free map.

I recently stayed at the Nishitetsu Inn in Shinjuku for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant Shinjuku district with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, English-speaking, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great wifi and excellent noise isolation. I also appreciated the convenience of having a cafeteria in the lobby and plenty of convenient stores nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and amenities.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to a subway stop with plenty of options for dining nearby. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The fact that breakfast is included in the rate is a real plus, and the staff are attentive and accommodating.

Had a fantastic Easter break thanks to great accommodation! Appreciated the free luggage storage at checkout and the fact that we could have our internet router delivered to the hotel to ensure we were fully connected during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to both walking and trains. Loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The clean and quiet rooms were an added bonus.

The late check-in at 3 pm was a bit of a bummer, especially after a long flight. It would have been great if we could have checked in earlier to freshen up and get started with our holiday plans.
