I recently stayed at Hotel Niwa for the third time in four years. The hotel has a timeless design and is solidly built, making it feel brand new. The rooms are well-designed, with the standard rooms being a bit small but still comfortable. The superior rooms are spacious, even by Japanese standards. The staff at Hotel Niwa is excellent, although non-Japanese speakers may struggle with English. The hotel also provides a free cellphone with wifi, which is extremely helpful for navigating Tokyo. The restaurant offers a good variety of delicious food. Hotel Niwa is the clear winner in this range of hotels.

Niwa Hotel Tokyo was an excellent choice for our stay. The hotel's close proximity to the train station and Tokyo Dome attractions made it a convenient location. The staff at Niwa were exceptionally courteous and helpful, taking care of our bags and offering great dinner recommendations and reservations. The room itself was a favorite aspect of our stay, with its lovely décor, updated and clean toilet room, and incredibly comfortable bed. We also appreciated the amenities like the upstairs lounge with a beer vending machine, laundry facilities, and massage chairs. we highly recommend Niwa Hotel Tokyo for a great stay in the city.

The hotel was slightly off the main road and on a slope, making it a slight hassle to carry luggage. the basic standard room was a bit small with limited closet space.

Limited TV channels, particularly during important events like the Grand Prix. Expensive breakfast option, better to opt for nearby convenience stores for a cheaper alternative.

The hotel's location is convenient, with close proximity to multiple metro/train lines, making it easy to travel to various destinations. there is a 7-Eleven nearby, perfect for late-night snacks or small meals when we didn't feel like going out. The room was comfortable and well-designed, with a bathroom that had excellent amenities, including a drying string for smalls. The staff provided efficient and polite service, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We enjoyed the pleasant view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard garden during our meal. The hotel also offers facilities such as self-service laundry and free-to-use massage chairs, adding to the overall experience.

The two excellent restaurants on-site ensured that I had delicious dining options without having to venture far. The staff's excellent English and polite service made me feel welcome and taken care of. The added convenience of the "Handy" phone with free international calls and 4G internet was a game-changer for staying connected while traveling. The daily cleaning and laundry service, as well as the complimentary water per day, were thoughtful amenities that enhanced my overall comfort.

Multiple train stations nearby allow for easy exploration of important places in the city. There are also plenty of eateries in the vicinity to satisfy any craving. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathrooms are well designed and equipped, including jacuzzi baths and separate showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel could improve on its breakfast options, offering a wider variety of choices to cater to different preferences.

I had a pleasant experience during my city break. the rooms were spacious, which was a nice change from the cramped hotel rooms I've experienced in other cities. the staff were friendly and provided great service. the hotel was located in a residential area, so it was peaceful and quiet, allowing me to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel had a Japanese design, which added to the overall charm.

One thing that I didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of equipment in the gym. It would have been nice to have more options for a proper workout.

Great location for food and transport, with lots of nearby restaurants and close access to train stations. Spacious rooms, with windows that open and good air conditioning. Helpful and English-speaking staff who can assist with special requests. Relaxing facilities available, including deep tubs and a whole body chair massager. A top choice for a comfortable stay in the metropolis.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this venue. The hotel is located in an excellent neighborhood, within a 5-minute walk to a JR station and 5-10 minutes from the metro. This location is peaceful and quiet which made sleeping with the window open easy. The service was fantastic, it was easy to make restaurant reservations through them and their staff were always helpful. Also, they offer a "Handy" phone which gives you a phone with free international calls and 4G internet which is great for international travelers.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who requests my opinion.
