The location of the hotel was excellent, and we found it to be great value for money. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely visit again!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place for our London trip and I couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean, spacious, and had a lovely balcony. It's now our favorite hotel for future visits due to its great location near bars, restaurants, shops, and airport transport. The extra touches like a made bed and prompt provision of additional cups and glasses were much appreciated. The delicious and varied breakfast, without the "classic" options, was a welcome surprise. The room had ample space and offered amazing views.

Had an amazing Christmas stay with fantastic staff who made us feel at home. Loved the personalized birthday surprise left in our room upon arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transport links. the view from the sky bar was stunning and made our Christmas stay even more special.

The surrounding streets were a bit dirty and needed better maintenance. Although the prices at the sky bar were a bit high, the cocktails were not bespoke and did not reflect their price.
