We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The room we booked was clean and modern, and the view from the bath was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel staff was accommodating, even serving us dinner when we arrived late due to a train delay. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from Death Valley. We also loved the breakfast buffet, with its wide variety and delicious options. The hotel had a beautiful garden and a peaceful stream nearby, perfect for taking a walk and relaxing. The staff, especially the porter lady, was friendly, polite, and spoke English well. The parking area was spacious and convenient. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

As backpackers, we loved the selection of different sizes of yukata available, ranging up to XL. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with ordering tickets for attractions like the Date Jidaimura theme park. The check-in and checkout processes were quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location near the bus terminal was convenient for our travels. The onsen was fantastic, with spacious and clean facilities. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options available, with a big dining area for breakfast offering a wide range of Japanese dishes.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is right beside the bus stop, allowing easy access to the nearby sights and attractions. Additionally, there are convenient shops and a shopping district just a short walk away, making it ideal for those looking to do some shopping. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with separate toilet, bathroom, and washing basin, providing utmost convenience and comfort. The hotel staff provide friendly and courteous service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offers a large assortment of dishes and the food is excellent, satisfying even the pickiest eaters.

Some parts of the hotel, specifically the hallway carpet and certain chairs in the rooms, show signs of wear and could use some refurbishment.

Exceptional hot springs experience! The onsen had a variety of baths including salt, sulfur, iron, and cold baths. I even enjoyed a free chair massage in the relaxation room. The Japanese-style room was cozy and had a nice view. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and a short distance to the famous Hell Valley. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. The onsen was amazing, especially the outdoor baths. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. They even provided free toiletries which were of great quality. There were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, including a convenience store and pharmacy.

The check-in time was strictly at 3pm, which was a little inconvenient since we couldn't enjoy the onsen in the afternoon sunlight. The buffet dinner had a time limit which we didn't appreciate.

Wonderful onsen variety, delicious buffet meals, friendly staff, well-prepared amenities, beautiful outdoor onsen with snowy view.
