Great location with awesome upgrades

Super friendly staff that really helped us out when our room was still occupied. They quickly moved us to a stunning room on the 28th floor with an amazing view and free snacks. The bed was comfy, though a bit stiff. Just a little bummer that they charge extra for things like the view and parking.

The hotel's convenient location near the Riverwalk, shopping, and dining was perfect. The staff provided warm and welcoming service, even during a busy New Year's period. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant and bar offered delicious food and a great selection of drinks.

I recently stayed at the Riverwalk Marriott for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions and our favorite shopping spots. We even had fun riding the trolley to explore further. The views from our room were absolutely beautiful, overlooking the picturesque riverwalk. I must mention that the hotel was impeccably clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room with a balcony overlooking the river walk was perfect for our family with kids. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the River Walk and shopping. I recently stayed at a hotel that was well-located for exploring the city. It was easy to walk down to the Riverwalk, right in the center of everything. The mini-fridge in the room was so loud that I had to turn it off in order to sleep. It was far louder than even the air conditioning.

Being able to opt out of daily towel service and earn extra hotel points was a nice perk.

The pool was freezing cold and dirty, a major disappointment for our little one who was looking forward to swimming. the noise levels in the room were unbearable, both from inside the hotel and outside on the busy street.
