The staff were very helpful and efficient. the location was great for those interested in visiting the nearby castle and there was a very effective air conditioner in the room to keep us cool.

The room was small and not cleaned properly upon our arrival. the location was not ideal for tourists looking for easy access to transportation or a variety of tourist attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us with our plans. They even took care of our luggage and organized it to be forwarded to the airport. The hotel itself was in a great location, situated in a residential area that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The housekeeping service was top-notch, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. we were impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail.
