We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location next to Koshien-hanshin station was extremely convenient, making it easy for us to explore the nearby cities of Osaka and Kobe. The direct proximity to the station meant we could easily hop on a train and be in the city center in no time.

This hotel is perfect for families.

Great location, close to public transportation and easy to get around the city. the rooms were quite spacious compared to other accommodations we've stayed at during our city trip. the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from which were a great start to each of our mornings on our trip.

The staff wasn't very helpful and had trouble communicating in English, which made it difficult to navigate around the hotel and city. the facilities were not well maintained, and the carpet in the room was quite dirty.

The second room I got at Hotel Hewitt Koshien was spacious and very nice. The breakfast offered was delicious and the location of the hotel was great. I would recommend this hotel.
