The staff were friendly and accommodating, with special shout-outs to Jasu, Mr. Clements, Ford, Anna, Fredricka, Taher, Aika. The hotel's location was convenient, near the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi Prince's Palace, and Marina Mall. The hotel provided excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and delicious meals, making our stay exceptional.

I recently stayed at Bab Al Qasr Residence for a family vacation. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of Emirates palace and Marina Mall tower from my room. The staff, from the manager to housekeeping, were friendly and accommodating. The pool was amazing, with heated water, plenty of chairs, and a lovely view. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, reflecting the region's culture. The private beach was nice and the property was quiet. The included breakfast buffet was a great perk. it was a fantastic stay with great value for the price.

I highly recommend this hotel.

bab al qasr exceeded our expectations during our quiet weekend in abu dhabi. attention to detail, hygiene, and safety measures made us feel secure. the friendly and professional staff, especially derick, sadik, chynara, kitty, and louie.

The breakfast at Bab Al Qasr Residence was amazing! We enjoyed a great variety of delicious dishes each morning. Even though the swimming pool was a bit small, we still had fun splashing around in it. we had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it is near the Presidential palace and opposite to the beach. The breakfast in the Arisian restaurant was good and Mr Ahmed Salah who served us was very accommodating.

Enjoyed the complementary cake and fruits that brightened up my business trip. Appreciated the extended checkout time until 2pm which was helpful in accommodating my schedule. the hotel's location near key business centers was a major advantage.

The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to my concerns. Room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom had signs of neglect.

The pool area and the beach were lovely. Friday brunch outdoors by the beach was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The beach is shaded in the late afternoon, perfect for staying out until sunset without worrying about sunburn. Great location for visiting Abu Dhabi attractions.

Luxurious amenities at this hotel were outstanding. The beach access was remarkable with breathtaking views. The Spa & wellness centre was world-class and provided excellent services. The full body massage was outstanding and relaxing. Swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi were fantastic, the sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers and spa lounge had top-notch services. Bar/lounge area provided packed lunches with special diet menus offering tasty treats.

The only minor issue was the pillows' comfort level. However, the service was exceptional and staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
