We appreciated the complimentary drink bar, afternoon soups, and evening piano music. the free snow gear rentals for the kids made playing in the nearby park unforgettable.

I stayed at a hotel that was right on a beautiful public park. It was directly opposite a stunning park with a lake, which was perfect for a peaceful walk or run in the morning. The hotel was also close to a station which made it easy to travel around the city. The room I had was lovely with great views of the lake. It was clean with great facilities and a nice selection at breakfast.

The facilities at this hotel were quite ordinary and I found it to be a bit expensive compared to what was offered.

I had a fantastic stay here. the room was spacious and quiet, with exclusive amenities that made my experience feel luxurious. the garden area was a beautiful place to relax and unwind, and the massage service was exceptional. the restaurant had a great selection of dishes and the bar/lounge area was a comfortable place to enjoy a drink.

Had a great new year experience at a hotel in Sapporo! the family rooms were perfect for us with two big double beds in a separate bedroom. Breakfast was excellent and amenities were good. Loved the location, a short walk from the downtown area and a beautiful park. the staff was amazing, they let us check in early and provided us with great service. Coffee in the room was another excellent touch!

A couple of the male staff had an unsatisfactory attitude which made us uncomfortable. the bathroom could be cleaner, there were signs of mold on the tiled walls.
