We had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding nature added to the overall charm of the venue. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pampering and relaxing retreat.

Food and location

We had an excellent variety of food with delicious snacks and drinks to celebrate the new year. the hotel's location was perfect for us as we were able to access the city easily. their free breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The pillows were too soft and the room was quite noisy. there were not enough towels provided in the bathroom.

Fantastic gourmet food, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful location next to Lake Tyrifjord, extensive network of cross-country slopes nearby.

Felt really like home, no complaints whatsoever.
