Miss Lawrence made our stay at Nozawa Grand unforgettable! She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even caught an error that saved us money on lift tickets. The room was spacious and had a relaxing onsen tub. Although breakfast options were limited, there were plenty of dining choices in town. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and pleasant experience.

We recently stayed in a hotel in a ski resort, where we enjoyed the convenience of a 5-minute walk to the chair lift. The hotel was perfectly situated near the town center and the bus stop, making it easy to get around. We especially loved the exquisite Japanese cuisine served at the hotel restaurant, which was a real treat. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and spacious, which made our stay comfortable.

The hotel only offered single beds, which isn't ideal for couples who prefer a double bed. Additionally, the limited 1-hour window for breakfast meant we had less time to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. Despite this, the overall experience of the hotel was enjoyable, and we would consider staying here again.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the meticulously maintained property to the clean and spacious rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the whole mountain, as it is situated on top of a steep-ish hill, providing easy access to the pair ski lift in the morning and the Hikage area.

The English-speaking staff were helpful and the hotel facilities, including the spacious ryokan room with a great view, were good. The sizeable onsen facility, with indoor and outdoor options, was a highlight. Convenient bus service from Liyama station and walking distance to town and public baths.
