I had a wonderful experience at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Azabu Tokyo during my business trip. the location is perfect, close to Azabu Juban station and many restaurants in the area. the amenities, such as the small kitchen and laundry machine in the room, were very convenient. the front desk staff, especially Ryoko, san and Nanako, san, were incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay. the view of Tokyo Tower from the hotel was spectacular, and the neighborhood was peaceful yet well, connected to transportation options.

One minor issue was the slightly smaller size of the twin room, but that's just Tōkyō for you!

Location near Metro station and supermarkets super convenient. Room facilities jaw-dropping with fridge, coffee machine, and washing machine/drier. Friendly and helpful staff make the stay SUPERB. Complimentary breakfast is a pleasant surprise. A vibrant area with eateries and shops nearby.

The room at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Azabu Tokyo was so cozy and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but others might find it comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Azabu. The brand new hotel provided excellent service and the staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost bag from a taxi. Our room, spacious by Tokyo standards, was equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and a convenient washing machine. The fitness room and large breakfast area were great amenities, and the hotel's location in Roppongi/Azabu was perfect for exploring the area on foot. We also appreciated the convenience of a nearby convenience store. we were very impressed and will definitely book again.

Clean and modern, with helpful English-speaking staff. Great location, less than 5 mins from subway. Free breakfast with a variety of options. Spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable bed. Nice view of Tokyo Tower from balcony.

The database provided was very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times, making it slightly difficult to stay connected to the internet consistently.

Everything perfect, clean room, helpful staff, convenient location, well-equipped room.

It was also great that we were walking distance from many restaurants and shops, and a convenience store was just across the street.

The room was quite cramped for two people with big suitcases. the loud noise from the busy street outside disrupted our sleep.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the Metro station, Roppongi Hills, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The room facilities were excellent, with a big balcony, shower room, kitchen appliances, and a full supply of china and utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The Continental breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the subway and just a short walk from the metro station. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Additionally, the front desk staff are always helpful and the continental breakfast provided is a great way to start the day.

The housekeeping staff can be a bit too assertive, with constant knocking on the door which disrupts the hotel room's peaceful atmosphere.
