I was pleased that they honored my request for a room close to the elevator. The room itself was great, with a spacious layout and even a closet and drawers, which is a luxury for Japanese hotels. The staff was helpful and the breakfast included in my stay was excellent with plenty of choices. The hotel is also conveniently located right in the train station, with department stores and restaurants all within the same building or connected to Sagamiono Square.

I was amazed at how clean Odakyu Hotel Century was, from the lobby to the rooms. The amenities in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast buffet with both American and Japanese options. The highlight was definitely the supermarket connected to the hotel, where we stocked up on bentos and snacks. And the nearby Denny's restaurant exceeded my expectations with its menu and service. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and convenient location.

Secondly, the hotel's location, right inside the train station, was incredibly convenient. Being able to easily access the Odakyu train line made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast options which were not only delicious but also offered a good variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. I particularly appreciated the blend of Japanese and Western style options, ensuring there was something for everyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sagami-Ono for a business trip and I must say, it was a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located right above the train station, making it very easy to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, especially for Japanese standards, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I particularly loved the attention to detail, with little extras like q-tips and nice soap and hair products. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, giving me a good start to the day. Plus, the value for money was excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location. The hotel was very clean and well-organized. It had great facilities, including a big supermarket, drug store, and shopping area downstairs, as well as a 24-hour lobby. The hotel was conveniently located on top of the main train station, which made it easy for us to travel to different places. We also loved that it was not too far from central Tokyo and provided a more quiet and convenient experience for us.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, ensuring that our requests were met. The breakfast included in our stay was excellent, with plenty of choices and an abundance of delicious food. this hotel provided us with spacious accommodation, convenient transportation, and a great dining experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Odakyu Hotel Century. The closet and drawers provided ample storage for clothes, and the makeup table with a 3-way mirror was a nice touch. The in-room sound system with remote control allowed me to enjoy a variety of music stations. Plus, the hotel's location right on Sagami-Ono station and connected to a shopping mall made it extremely convenient. Just a short walk and I had access to numerous restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness which was evident throughout my stay. the staff at the front desk and housekeepers were incredibly courteous, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. the bathroom amenities provided were impressive, and the bathroom itself was spotlessly clean. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast buffet in the restaurant, which offered a delightful mix of American and Japanese dishes. Additionally, the restaurant could easily accommodate large groups like ours without compromising on service. Another advantage was the proximity to the train and bus stations, making it convenient for exploring the area.

On the downside, the rooms were starting to show signs of aging, particularly the carpets that appeared worn out. the bathrooms could also benefit from some updates.
