As a tourist, I appreciated the convenient location near a big shopping mall and Seven Eleven stores for all my daily needs. The staff was helpful and extended my stay till 2 PM. The room on the 20th floor had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The large bed and good quality linen ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel provided nice toiletries and offered tea/coffee and fruit. I enjoyed watching English programs on the TV. The breakfast had a good selection of both western and eastern options. The hotel is only a 20-minute taxi ride away from the airport.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It is right in front of the Tai Mao bus stop, making it extremely convenient to travel to Taipei and Taoyuan Airport. The hotel lobby had maps and bus schedules available, and the English-speaking staff were always ready to help. Additionally, there was a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, making it easy to grab any necessities. The large and comfortable room was a delight, and I was pleasantly surprised to find welcome fruit in the room on the day of check-in.

The TV had a wide range of channels, including HBO, CNN, and Fox. The internet was fast and reliable, perfect for my business needs. The location was fantastic, with a large shopping mall nearby offering plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff was always prompt and polite whenever I needed assistance. The breakfast spread was rich and of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

The gym was quite small with very limited equipment. However, the biggest problem was the noise from the construction work going on in and around the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a short layover and it was the perfect choice. The guest rooms were immaculately clean and modern, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a 10 to 20-minute taxi ride to either the Taoyuan Airport or the HSR train station. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Asian and Western foods, and the adjacent mall and Costco provided plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, even organizing our early morning taxi. The fitness center had good quality equipment, although the outdoor pool was unfortunately closed during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a layover or business trip in the area.
