The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The elevator system can be a bit inconvenient, with it stopping at a certain floor each time and sometimes causing delays.

The staff at Okachimachi Urban Hotel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. When I arrived late at night due to a mishap with another hotel, they immediately provided me with a clean and well-lit room. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and attractions like Ueno Park and Akihabara. The fact that the hotel is just a short walk from the Narita Airport direct train station was a huge bonus. The nearby shopping and dining options were also a highlight. Lastly, the staff even granted my request for an extra pillow, which made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend Okachimachi Urban Hotel for its exceptional service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

Compact rooms, clean & modern finishes. Convenient location near 8 train stations, including Narita Skyliner. English-friendly staff, accommodating service. Nice breakfast buffet with Japanese dishes. Great water pressure in showers, even a rubber duck in the bathroom!

Great staff and location. the coffee and microwave were a nice touch. the room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the laundry machines on site came in handy.

The elevator was a bit annoying, stopping at the second floor every time. And while the room was decently sized, the bathroom was extremely small.
