We loved the friendly front desk staff and the inviting lobby. The jacuzzi and pool were a great way to relax, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with convenient parking and close proximity to the reception area. The breakfast location was good, and the extra tables in the lobby helped accommodate the crowd. We were impressed by the hardworking and pleasant lady who took care of the breakfast.

I recently stayed at Baymont in Grand Rapids and had a consistently improving experience. The staff were professional and quick to resolve any minor glitches. While not the Ritz Carlton, the property was well-kept and the restaurant offered decent food at affordable prices. I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Baymont was fantastic! The room was well-furnished, clean, and larger than expected, giving us plenty of space to move around. The shower was great and there were plenty of linens provided. We felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

One drawback was that the coffee maker in the room was not a Keurig, which we are accustomed to. However, we brought our own little single cup Keurig and everything else in the room met our needs perfectly.

I recently had a quick stay at a hotel just across the street from the outlet mall, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Not only was the location convenient, being close to the casino and downtown, but the rooms were also comfortable and clean. I especially loved the fact that my room had a jacuzzi and a king bed, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided in the morning was a great perk, with a good selection of hot water available to make a warm cup of tea or coffee.
