We loved the hotel for its friendly manager, easy walk to the train station, and the option to rent free bicycles for exploring. The spacious corner room with lovely views and a comfortable bed was perfect for our friends who enjoy going out at nights. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, and the staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early and providing helpful maps of food, shopping, and sightseeing locations. The convenience store attached to the lobby was a bonus for any last-minute needs.

Rooms and bathrooms were small, typical of Japan. The hotel lacked variety and quality at breakfast, especially if you arrived later in the morning.

We stayed at the lovely Koraku Hotel for 3 nights, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The twin room with park view was spacious, clean, and cosy, with tasteful wallpapers and furnishings that gave the hotel character. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, and the cheap parking was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in and even bringing it to our room for us. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the microwaves and vending machines, as well as the beautiful Japanese art throughout the hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to a small city park on the edge of a stream, which is a beautiful place for lunch. Additionally, the rooms on the top floors have a nice view of the surrounding area.

I had a superb stay at Koraku in Okayama! The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious with a big curved window that offered a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early free of charge. They even provided toys for our children and had a mini library on each floor. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and extra perks.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel location was great. It was within walking distance to the train station and had several shops & restaurants nearby. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking; we could see the fireworks from the window. There were complimentary hot drinks and snacks in the lounge which was fantastic after a long day out. the hotel provided complimentary yukata to relax in.

The hotel was not in the best condition. the bathroom was outdated, and the water pressure was so low that we couldn't enjoy a good shower.
