This hotel was a great find for our visit to UT Dallas. The location was perfect, providing easy access in and out of the area. Despite being on Bush, it was surprisingly quiet. Great! Except sewage smell.

The Wi-Fi worked fine for my basic needs and the air-conditioning was easy to control. However, by the morning, the sewage smell had made its way into our room.

The hotel grounds and lobby were really nice and comfortable, making for a pleasant arrival. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds, blankets, and fluffy pillows that ensured a great night's sleep. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. We were also pleased with the convenient parking close to our rooms. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for our needs, as it provided easy and quick access to various industry offices and the nearby UTD campus.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the first disappointment was the poorly maintained indoor pool.

This hotel has great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location next to the highway makes it convenient for travelers. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The rooms with 2 queen beds are clean and well-maintained, and even with the heater set on 65 degrees, I wasn't left in a sweat. The breakfast with delicious omelette included was a perfect start to the day.
