I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful ryokan in Kurokawa Onsen. The lobby was spacious and offered stunning views of the garden and river. My room had a lovely view as well, and the traditional ryokan dinner and breakfast were delightful. The private onsen for ryokan guests only was a major plus, as it provided a peaceful experience away from the crowded public baths. I also appreciated the Chinese/English speaking staff, who were incredibly helpful. The indoor heated swimming pool was a great addition, especially for kids who may not enjoy onsens as much. I highly recommend this ryokan for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Hidden in the forest, a car is recommended for easy traveling. Top-notch onsen, especially the riverside pool. Outstanding Japanese breakfast keeps you satisfied. Traditionally furnished rooms with nearby beautiful onsen. Magnificent cuisine with numerous delicious dishes.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of indulging in a delicious dinner and enjoying the breathtaking location of my accommodation. the complementary aspects of my stay were simply outstanding. the property's location was truly unique and provided me with an unforgettable experience. On top of that, the dinner was served to absolute perfection. These two aspects made my stay an enjoyable one, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have experienced them.

The biggest inconvenience was the shared bathrooms, which were not always comfortable to use. the noise level in the surroundings was quite high for my liking, which made relaxing in the hotel impossible at times.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the outdoor hot spring baths and the spacious rooms with comfortable futons. The onsen had a beautiful garden setting and the private baths were a great addition. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food served for dinner and breakfast was delicious. The overall experience was extraordinary and worth revisiting.

This hotel was a great find for our family getaway. the location was perfect - slightly out of the "center" of Kurokawa town but alongside a beautiful river. The view from our room was simply breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived and were picked up from the bus stop, we knew we were in for a special stay. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their individual touch, was impressive. Lastly, the food was absolutely amazing. From the sumptuous dinner to the delicious breakfast, every dish was a treat for the taste buds. We especially loved the gluten-free dinner option that was specially prepared for me. our experience at this hotel was delightful, comfortable, and relaxing, and I would highly recommend it.
