The hotel I stayed at during my Christmas holiday provided a great experience. It was a luxurious hotel with beautiful rooms that had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel was located in a convenient area close to the train station and other key attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

While there were many things to like about the hotel, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. The staff seemed to struggle with speaking English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a central business district. The service from the staff, apart from the Manager and Receptionist, was outstanding. The housekeeping team was very attentive and the room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and a comfortable terrace to relax on. The in-room safe and trouser press were convenient additions. The bathroom was well-equipped with a telephone, bathtub, towels, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the electric kettle and the flat-screen TV in the room.

This place is highly recommended for its great location in the central business district and its top-quality service from the staff, apart from the Manager and Receptionist. The comfortable room amenities and the luxurious bathroom with its telephone, bathtub, and free toiletries were great additions.
