I keep returning for weekends for the helpful staff and ideal amenities - Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. Perfect for me with air conditioning, non-smoking rooms and no pets allowed.

This hotel offered fantastic value for the price, with a spacious and comfortable room that made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the station and right by Huis Ten Bosch, and the staff welcomed us warmly throughout our visit.

The morning meal could use more variety to enhance the experience.

Hotel Okura offers amazing facilities with a park view balcony. Enjoy pre, dinner drinks at the level 12 Whiskey bar and dinners at the Teppanyaki restaurant with top, notch service and food. the location is stunning, resembling a huge castle overlooking the river, and features free boats connecting to the Theme park, making transportation convenient. Plus, having a combini and bakery on, site can help you save some money.

Hot springs can get crowded in the evening due to guests attending Huis Ten Bosch between 22, 24. An extension of operating hours until 25:00 could enhance the experience.

I had a great time staying here over Christmas! the location is perfect, being super close to the Huis Ten Bosch park and even having our own ferry service. the onsen was a lovely touch, and the staff were really friendly, making me feel a bit at home during the holidays. Plus, the European-style architecture is just stunning!

The experience was marred by some unwelcoming vibes from the lobby staff. Check-in felt rushed, and I got stuck on the lowest floor by the lift.

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and staff were outstanding. the location was convenient, being close to the entrance of a famous theme park, with excellent transportation options and helpful concierge staff. Additionally, the breakfast provided was varied and delicious.

This venue is a luxurious place to stay with exclusive amenities and a stunning garden area. the service is exceptional, and the hot spring bath is a perfect place to relax. the private facilities are also a great advantage.

The restaurant was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Although the hotel offers special diet menus, we found the food to be standard compared to other luxury hotels.

My stay at Hotel Okura was enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel's convenient location just outside the theme park made it extremely convenient for my family. The rooms were spacious and perfect for us. I was initially unsure about what to expect, but the theme park exceeded my expectations. In the evening, we tried the hotel's winter buffet which was very enjoyable, although the atmosphere could have been better. Despite some language barriers with the hotel staff, their patience and helpfulness made up for it.
