I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic - right in front of the beach, with easy access to the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms with terrace were a great touch, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful view. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to the day.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, as we were right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a tiny refrigerator to store our drinks. The bathroom, although small, was neat and tidy. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the restaurant had a variety of options to choose from. The highlight of our stay was definitely the terrace, where we could relax and take in the breathtaking views of the sea.

The lack of customer service. We found it frustrating that there was no assistance provided for simple tasks such as finding an ashtray or getting bus tickets.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the proximity to the beach and Malecon area, it was easy to enjoy a nice walk while admiring the stunning sea view. Another good aspect of this hotel was the restaurant, which offered delicious food that made my holiday even more enjoyable. the hotel spa was very relaxing, I received a great massage at a reasonable price.

I did have some negative experiences during my stay. I found that the hotel was overpriced for the facilities they offer.
