The hotel's elegant and tastefully furnished rooms were spacious and came with all the amenities we needed, including comfy beds and thoughtful extras. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was a real treat, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Kobe. We can't recommend Oriental Hotel highly enough and will definitely return in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money and how comfortable the room at Oriental was. The location in the luxurious area of the city and close to Daimaru was perfect. The staff treated us with thoughtfulness and provided baby essentials in the room.

The morning meal could be improved with a small cafe on-site for a light breakfast or afternoon snack.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in Kobe! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially at night. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved the free wifi, which was fast and reliable. And the best part was the comfortable bed, which provided a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

The only downside was that the hotel was a bit far from the station, especially when we had heavy luggage with us. It was quite a hassle to walk all the way to the hotel.
