our stay at residence saku was absolutely perfect. the spacious room, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen and japanese-style bathroom, exceeded our expectations. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even lending us an umbrella on rainy days. overall, it was a wonderful experience and great value for money.

As a solo traveler staying at Residence Saku, I found it to be a perfect base for daily exploration. The convenient location near Shin-Imamiya station, 24-hour grocery stores, and in-apartment facilities made my stay comfortable. The friendly welcome, easy-to-find accommodation, and helpful front desk staff were all great. The apartment itself had plenty of space, fresh towels and bedsheets, and amazing views from the balcony. The multiple air-conditioner units and quiet atmosphere ensured a cozy sleep. it was a great place to recharge after busy days.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room at Residence Saku was incredibly spacious for the price we paid, and it provided great value for our family. The amenities were plentiful, and we particularly enjoyed the hi-tech toilet and bathroom. Even though the staff didn't speak English fluently, they made an effort to communicate with us using Google translate. Additionally, they went above and beyond by lending us umbrellas on a rainy day, showcasing their unexpected hospitality.
