Located in the scenic countryside, this hotel provided a relaxing Christmas getaway. the wine tasting experience was a highlight, particularly the knowledgeable and friendly staff. the restaurant served delicious cuisine, with a particularly impressive five-course wine pairing menu. the beautifully maintained grounds added to the overall appeal of the hotel.

While the room was beautiful, it lacked a mini kitchen and had some minor issues such as a squeaky bed and slightly uneven floors. the check-in process could have been more informative as we had to inquire multiple times.

Our stay at Casa Raices was truly wonderful! The grounds were beautiful, and we loved exploring the vineyards. The rooms were so comfortable and tastefully decorated. The highlight of our trip was the 5 course wine tasting, which was an amazing experience thanks to Isabel and Mauricio. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and made to feel like VIPs. The room was beautifully appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The housekeeping was impeccable, keeping everything neat and tidy. The hotel also offered a wide variety of services such as laundry, airport shuttle, and tours/ tickets assistance, making our stay even more convenient.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.
